This Community school located in the borough of Barking & Dagenham, are looking for an Art Teacher to join their hugely successful team. The school has the highest expectations and ambitions for every student. Through a large investment, the school has recently completed their rebuild and the facilities are fantastic.

This larger than average school are very supportive of their staff, and are always trying to better their expertise. This Good school is looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Art Teacher who is ambitious and have a real passion for their subject. You will be required to teach Art from Key Stage 3 – Key Stage 5 and have the opportunity to join a large team, with varying levels of experience. The Art department work very closely together to ensure that the children are put first and that lessons are targeted to meet all student’s needs. Art is a very popular subject at KS4 and KS5 and the team are looking for a dynamic Art Teacher to join their team to start ASAP.

You will be required to:

  • Teach Art to KS3, KS4 and KS5
  • Contribute to the development of existing resources and produce new ones
  • Ensure outstanding attainment and progress across all key stages
  • Ensure to are responding to the needs of the pupils by showing flexibility, innovation and intelligence
