It’s a very supportive school and with a very stable staff, opportunities usually arise due to promotion – either internal or external. Teachers at this school are encouraged to improve and the school invests well in training for staff internally but also from external trainers. Management and middle leaders are also very effective and take an active role in pupil progress. Pupils with low starting points are encouraged effectively and Teaching Assistants and SEN TAs are well allocated to support these pupils.
