This is a well-established school in the Westminster borough with a very supportive Headteacher and SENCO leading the school. Wellbeing and mental health is valued and yoga and mindfulness programs are offered to students and staff.

Do you have experience working with children in an Early Years education setting?

This lovely one-form entry church of England primary school are set in a wonderful historic church building in a beautiful area of London, close to large garden areas and within a 3 minute walk from the local tube station. They are seeking a bright and energetic Teaching Assistant to join their expanding EYFS team from September 2019.

This role will involve supporting the Nursery and Reception classes as well as working with small groups and children on a 1:1 basis, where extra support is required. You will be using Read Write Inc. Phonics programs therefore experience using this, or other phonics programs will be beneficial.

Level 2 or level 3 early years qualifications would be highly regarded, however not essential. Previous experience supporting an Early Years setting within the UK is a priority, you will be confident to support children and teachers in an Early Years environment and working to the Early Years curriculum. This is a full time role Monday – Friday, 8:30am until 3:30pm. The school will be conducting interviews for this role as soon as possible and will be for the full academic year.
