This successful RE department are looking to for to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic RE Teacher to join their team of five. Responsibilities are allocated at KS3, KS4 and KS5, and there is scope for progression and additional responsibility within the department. The quality of teaching throughout the school is outstanding. Teachers share high expectations of all students. The RE department work very closely together to ensure they motivate the students by planning challenging activities that make them think and deepen their understanding. They are looking to recruit an RE Teacher on a part-time basis to start in September 2019.
To be considered for this RE role you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- PGCE in RE
- Experience of teaching RE KS3 – KS5
- The desire to become part of a fantastic and supportive team
- Delivered good/outstanding lessons
- The ability to demonstrate a supportive understanding of the ethos and beliefs of the school
