School Administrator and Cover Manager

This is a full-time, multi-faceted role which would commence at the beginning of the academic year and run until June 2020.
- The set hours for the role are from 7:25am – 3:25pm Monday – Friday. This is non-negotiable and a set requirement.
- School-based administration experience
You will be responsible for managing the school’s daily cover needs from 7:25am onward each day which involves liaising with multiple agencies for both teaching and support cover. Applicants must be able to multi-task, remain calm under pressure and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
This is also an administration based role so experience in either a primary, secondary or special needs school is highly desired. You will have experience as front-of-house, back office and using SIMS.
This is a maternity cover contract and the salary on offer will be dependent on experience however this is negotiable.
Applicants must be available full-time from September and hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate (registered on the Update Service).
