The School
This large secondary school, located in the borough of Southwark are looking to recruit a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a September 2019 start. SEND Teacher
The school are looking to secure an SEND Teacher for September 2019 start. This role will be a one year contract in the first instance. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful and supportive department.

The role will involve:

  • Preparing, planning and developing conventional teaching methods to meet the individual needs of pupils you are supporting.
  • Assess children who have long or short-term learning difficulties and work with colleagues to identify individual pupils’ special needs
  • Planning and implementing effective teaching strategies, liaising with parents, staff and other relevant professionals.
  • Running interventions and Nurture Groups.
