This ‘Outstanding’ Primary School is located within lovely, open grounds in Central London. You will be supported by an experienced and highly supportive SENCO and extensive SEND team. This is a 1:1 role working with an Autistic child in Year 2 who has recently joined the school this term. The role involves pastoral care and general learning support, both in and outside of the classroom, as and when required. Full integration and inclusion in to the class environment is fully encouraged and supported as is the close differentiation of lessons and individualised outcomes for the student. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant and experience supporting children with Autism is highly desirable, however not essential. This is a full time long term role starting September 2019, however Interviews and trial days will be conducted directly with the school as soon as possible.
