Opogo are working with a Primary School in West London who are looking to secure a dedicated, passionate and strong Year 1 Teacher who can hit the ground running in January 2019.

About the role – Year 1 Primary Teacher

*Lovely class of 25 well-behaved students
*Full time dedicated Class TA
*Using Read Write Inc. Phonics Teaching
*Maternity Leave Contract, until July 2019 as a minimum
*Full time role commencing January or February 2019

The ideal KS1 Teacher will have recent experience teaching in Year 1. You will be teaching a lovely and well-behaved class, with a small class of 25 children of mixed ability. Your class is supported by an experienced and dedicated full time teaching assistant. As this is a single form entry school you will be responsible for all areas of planning, preparation and assessment for learning for this Year 1 class. Dedicated PPA time is allocated for you in this position and there is also room for career development opportunities within this ever growing Primary school.
