An experienced Year 5 Teacher is required for a collaborative and progressive school located in West London.More details

Due to upcoming staff maternity leave an experienced and strong Year 5 Teacher is required on a full-time basis for the Summer Term. This will be teaching a class of 27 students who have made fantastic progress this academic year and are expected to do the same moving in their final year of Primary school.

This is a well-formed single-form entry school, where teachers work collaboratively to ensure engaging and differentiated lessons are delivered across all subjects.

While the Head Teacher is welcoming applications from NQT’s, previous experience with the KS2 National Curriculum is an essential criteria for this position. Career progression is available as is TLR responsibilities an option for the right people across both Maths and English.  This role is initially for the Summer Term, however could result in an extended contract for the right person.

The school is located in the heart of West London with great transport links from all surrounding areas of London. The school has effectively employed changes over the past 3 years which have led to continued student success and development. Pupils’ behaviour, punctuality and inclusion have been a key focus for leaders over the past few years and teachers have seen rapid pupil progress due to streamlined systems in place.  In this role you will be part of a collaborative and ‘together’ staff team with close guidance and support from an outstanding Headteacher.
