Due to expansion, a large federation of secondary schools in the London borough of Waltham Forest is welcoming applications from experienced Teaching Assistants who have a background in 1:1 SEN ideally with ASC and behavioural needs.

There are a number of roles on offer which involve working across a variety of year groups from Years 7 to 11. TAs or LSAs with a proven background in SEN and strong behaviour management are strongly encouraged to apply.

These are long term roles in the first instance however permanent positions may be offered after a successful first term of work. Given the school’s size, there is scope for pay progression and teacher training opportunities.
