In the Queen’s 2017 New Year Honours List, Jonny was awarded an MBE for services to mental health and suicide prevention. He’s the author of ‘The Stranger on the Bridge and My Journey from Suicidal Despair to Hope’.
Steve is the founder of ‘A Mind to Teach’, with a mission to co-create an education system that supports teachers to develop as people, not just as professionals and to develop teachers, leaders and schools where ordinary human connection lies at the heart of extraordinary collaboration and progress.

Mary is an education adviser, writer and speaker. She has been working with schools over 20 years and has taught English, History, Latin and Maths. Mary trained as an RE teacher and has worked as a local authority adviser and inspector. She engages with pupils, teachers and leaders about learning, leadership and the curriculum.
Zac is the founder and director of Newman Tuition, an award-winning network of qualified tutors, recommended by The Good Schools Guide. He is a qualified teacher, mindfulness coach and public speaker with a background in NLP, psychotherapy and counselling.
With 16 years’ experience leading secondary education, including six years as a successful head teacher in a London secondary school; Diana works at the cutting edge of leadership development. She supports teachers to use evidenced based psychology in all aspects of their classroom practice and since September 2017, she has been working as an Education Consultant specialising in mental health and wellbeing.
Drew has over 20 years of professional experience in multi-sector executive-level leadership across elite sport, corporate, non-profit and Government settings. Drew is continually exploring and developing the latest thinking to best prepare individuals, teams and organisations for this ever-changing, brave new world in which we live.
